Requirements
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory — part of the interview process will be conducted in English • 2+ years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales role • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for sales • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Solid understanding of the Mexican and LATAM business landscape • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
