The Matrix Navigator: You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and know how to partner with Sales and SDR teams to drive conversion.
The Self-Starter: You operate with limited direction, prioritize effectively, and have the stakeholder communication skills to influence at every level.Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
Identity Domain Knowledge: Direct experience marketing PAM, Identity Security, or AAG.
Ecosystem Experience: Exposure to partner-led or ecosystem-driven marketing initiatives.
Global Perspective: Experience supporting diverse regional marketing teams (AMS, EMEA, APJ).
Responsibilities
Campaign Architect: Own the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns for PAM and AAG, moving from initial planning to launch, optimization, and reporting.
Multichannel Mastery: Deliver a unified brand voice across digital, field, partner, events, and SDR channels to ensure a seamless buyer journey.
MarTech Orchestration: Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure every campaign is perfectly structured in HubSpot and Salesforce, maintaining elite data integrity and attribution.
Pipeline Growth: Track and aggressively optimize against KPIs, including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline sourced/influenced.
Global Collaborator: Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing on personas, Sales/SDRs on follow-up motions, and Partner Marketing to activate our global ecosystem.
Strategic Agility: Make high-stakes tradeoffs to balance speed, quality, and impact in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
