Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling technical teams of six or more engineers. • Proven success leading teams that build and scale backend or platform systems in transaction-heavy domains • Have a track record of guiding product and long term technical strategy. • Be a strong decision maker who effectively balances ambiguity, available data, speed, and quality • Have experience hiring, managing and upleveling senior individual contributors. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact • Things that may allow you to stand out: • Experience leading teams that build or scale enterprise billing, pricing, or financial data platforms • Background in SaaS monetization, revenue operations, or entitlement management. • Familiarity with self-serve commerce and product-led growth models. • Experience scaling systems and teams through periods of high growth or re-architecture. • What you can expect as a Vanta'n in Canada: • Industry-competitive salary and equity • 100% covered medical, dental, and vision benefits with dependents coverage • Pension contribution • 16 weeks fully paid Parental Leave for all new parents • Health & wellness stipend • Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend • Flexible work hours and location • 21 days of Vacation Time and 80 hours of Sick Leave • 11 company-paid holidays • Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events! • Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney
