Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development. • Proven ability to design and deliver visually intuitive, accurate, and performant Power BI dashboards. • Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions that drive insight and action. • Experience with data warehouses, ETL processes, and Azure data services. • Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst Associate) or DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate) certifications — highly preferred. • Familiarity with BI solution design best practices, including data modelling and governance. • Experience documenting standards and contributing to process improvement across analytics teams.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Power BI solutions. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, aligned with customer needs and best-practice UI/UX. • Contribute to and refine departmental best practice standards and documentation. • Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions that improve engagement, productivity, and knowledge sharing. • Troubleshoot and optimise Power BI reports, applying strong problem-solving skills to resolve data or performance issues. • Create innovative data-driven solutions for both client projects and internal use cases.
