• 1–3 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent internships, co‑ops, or applied project work) • Experience across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and object‑oriented design • Experience building performant, reliable, or highly available systems (academic, professional, or personal projects) • Ability to reason about trade‑offs and choose appropriate tools or approaches for a given problem • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the systems you help build • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve • $140,000 - $155,000 a year • Additionally, certain positions at Belvedere Trading are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
