Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken • Deep technical troubleshooting experience in hosting, infrastructure, networking, or similar areas • Understanding of web hosting fundamentals (domains, DNS, email systems, websites setup). • Already using AI to build or automate processes in your work • Ability to make technical complexity clear for non-technical customers

Responsibilities

• What makes you stand out: • ⭐ Hands-on experience with WordPress, cPanel, hosting environments, or website management tools. • ⭐ Experience contributing to AI tools, automations, or chatbots as a core responsibility • ⭐ Proven experience in improving internal workflows, not just working within them
