Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in cyber intelligence, threat analysis, or trust and safety • Strong working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT methodologies, and intrusion tradecraft • Hands-on penetration testing and network security experience • Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python and Bash • Self-directed and comfortable owning work end-to-end in a fast-moving environment • Strong written communication — ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable reports • Familiarity with ML/LLM systems and AI security concepts • Certifications such as CISSP or OSCP • CTF participation or competitive security research experience • Tools You Will Work With MITRE ATT&CK · Splunk · CrowdStrike · Python · AWS / GCP · OSINT Frameworks · LLM Eval Frameworks · Penetration Testing Suites
Responsibilities
• Monitor and analyze evolving cyber threats as they intersect with AI systems and training pipelines • Track attacker TTPs, threat-group behavior, and AI-targeting trends across a 6–24 month horizon • Conduct adversarial analysis and scenario planning to stay ahead of emerging risks • Probe AI models for security boundaries through structured prompt testing and red-teaming exercises • Run independent security audits and penetration tests across systems and infrastructure • Identify, document, and prioritize vulnerabilities with clear remediation recommendations • Produce executive-ready risk assessments and intelligence reports that drive decision-making
