Responsibilities
• Act as the Cyber Security champion, driving awareness, monitoring, and training. • Design, review, and support secure solutions in collaboration with Solutions Group, Pre Sales and engineering teams. • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, Essential Eight, CIS, NIST) and support audits and certifications. • Lead security incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability assessments, and root cause analysis to meet SLAs. • Serve as senior technical escalation for design, operations, projects, and APAC/client support, including after-hours as required. • Provide mentorship to engineers and contribute to pre-sales, client security strategy, and risk assessment. • Develop and maintain technical designs, procedures, documentation, and drive automation and continuous improvement. • Maintain strong technical currency, manage logging and incident tasks, and accurately track daily activities.
