Experience troubleshooting challenges related to production-grade AI systems for end users of Union Cloud platform and Flyte project.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with internal technical teams as well as external stakeholders, including executive decision-makers.
Skill in designing strategic account plans focused on adoption milestones, usage expansion, and revenue growth within a land-and-expand model framework.
Experience partnering directly to help customers optimize workflows for production use cases is necessary.
Proficiency in translating real-world customer challenges into actionable feedback that informs product development roadmap priorities at Union Cloud platform and Flyte project.
Skillset includes tracking customer health, identifying signs of friction or opportunity within the AI ecosystem, and developing engagement strategies across technical and executive stakeholders to drive renewals and commercial growth for Union's product capabilities.
Responsibilities
Own and drive strategic account plans focused on adoption milestones, usage expansion, and revenue growth in a land-and-expand model.
Partner with internal technical teams to help customers design and optimize workflows for production-grade AI systems.
Own end-to-end customers outcomes and value from Union. Guide customers through onboarding and integration, troubleshoot challenges, drive product utilization, and provide timely, effective expertise to resolve complex issues.
Translate real-world challenges from customer environments into actionable feedback for our product and engineering teams.
Track customer health, identify signs of friction or opportunity, and develop engagement strategies across both technical and executive stakeholders.
Drive renewals and commercial growth by aligning our product capabilities with evolving customer needs and identifying upsell or cross-sell pathways.
Facilitate technical enablement content creation—reference architectures, debugging guides, cookbooks, and tutorials—to scale your impact.
Lead customer touchpoints such as roadmap sessions, architecture reviews, QBRs, and executive briefings to ensure we remain aligned with customer goals and value realization.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer in planning, prioritization, and go-to-market alignment.
