Requirements

• Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing. • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms. • Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies. • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools. • Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC. • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) is a plus. • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and paid social media. • Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to drive growth. • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings. • Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency. • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights to improve marketing strategies. • Manage email marketing campaigns and customer acquisition funnels. • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new digital marketing technologies. • Develop retargeting and customer segmentation strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.
