Responsibilities
• Own and lead cross-functional Partner Solutions and Internal BU Products programs/projects. • Manage project goals, schedule, resources, and risk to ensure successful on-time delivery. • Communicate priorities, schedules, and status to all levels in the company, external partners, and the developer community. • Work alongside the Solutions Engineering and Products teams to define and plan new programs. • Work closely with the Mysten Labs Partnerships team as they pursue new strategic engagements. • Identify and solve cross-functional roadblocks. • Build a positive and rapid feedback loop to help improve our products and partner solutions. • Create scalable workflows and processes, and build and contribute to internal analytics efforts. • What You'll Have • What You'll Have • 2–4 years of experience managing projects and programs in dynamic environments. • Professional experience with key SDLC Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with distributed teams across multiple countries in a multinational environment. • Strong collaboration with technical teams, with a solid understanding of underlying platforms and technologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and information organization skills. • Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects, from ideation through execution and delivery and maintenance • Ability to act as a thought partner and lead through influence, driving alignment and outcomes across diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, automation) to support program execution through enhanced reporting, data analysis, and KPI tracking, enabling faster, data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle.
