Natera - Sr Digital Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in the healthcare IT or biotech industry. • Extensive experience in conceptualizing, defining and creating best in class software experiences • Experience with Agile software development, building solutions from start to finish. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, relationship-building, and analytical skills • Experience with implementing scalable and sophisticated business rule applications. • Experience building enterprise software or business critical systems is a plus. • A proven track record of cross-functional leadership. • Well developed systems thinking • BA/BS degree in relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline or relevant experience. • Customer research and survey skills – how to ask good questions, listen carefully, and synthesize information into clear customer and business needs. • Highly organized with ability to multitask. • Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with individuals, and influence individuals across functional areas and in team environments. • Demonstrated knowledge of products and markets, or ability to learn quickly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to understand and describe technical complexities in a simplified way appropriate to different audiences • Be able to break down large projects into granular milestones and track progress. • The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
