Remote Staff NA Software Finance Manager Carta Rippling Gusto Reporting Financial Analysis

Requirements

• Fundraising support (seed through Series B) • Experience with Carta, QuickBooks/NetSuite, Rippling/Gusto • You'll report directly to the founders. Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage • equity. Based in Bangalore/NY

Responsibilities

• Own all accounting: PnL, BS, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, revenue ops, month-end • Lead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis • Manage cap table, equity compensation, and investor reporting • Support our Series A fundraising process • Build financial models and forecasts as we expand into new healthcare verticals • Eventually hire and build your team as we scale • 5-8 years finance experience with at least 2-3 years in US SaaS companies • Built a finance function at a startup (you've done the 0→1 journey)• Hands-on accounting skills but strategic mindset - can close books and build • Strong financial modelling for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) • US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition experience required • Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
