Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer / Creative Designer • Experience creating digital advertising creatives • Strong skills in graphic and motion design tools • Ability to analyze performance and think in hypotheses • Confident use of AI tools and awareness of industry trends • Portfolio with real projects and ideas • We are remote-first, with offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. • Ideally, you are in the CET or EET time zone. • HOW DO WE UNWIND? • We offer 20 days of paid vacation and are flexible with days off. • You’ll also have a therapy budget you can use with any psychologist — for you and your partner.
Responsibilities
• You will play a key role in shaping how Mindly communicates with users through creative. • This is more than just design execution — it’s about understanding users, testing ideas, and continuously improving performance. • Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok • Generate and test hypotheses to improve creative performance • Analyze results and iterate quickly based on data • Research competitors and market trends, turning insights into actionable ideas • Experiment with new formats, concepts, and design approaches
