Requirements
• 8+ years as an Engineer shipping products and/or features that have downstream impact on the business and product ecosystem • 2+ years of experience managing people and developing engineers, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management. • Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply in system design, architecture, and engineering tradeoffs. • Product-oriented mindset with experience translating business goals and user needs into engineering roadmaps and shipped features. • Ability to balance urgency with thoughtful execution, helping teams ship quickly while maintaining high quality. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design. • A strong sense of ownership and accountability for both team outcomes and long-term system health. • Experience building products for developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or DevTools. • Background working on highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms. • Experience improving engineering velocity through tooling, processes, and team practices. • Experience building products used directly by developers or technical users. • A track record of successful collaboration with product, marketing, and customer support teams to drive adoption and retention. • If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
