Responsibilities
• Craft new experiences and improve existing ones for consumers and enterprise customers • Continuously evolve our design language and design system • Help shape product strategy based on ideas and existing user problems & needs • Drive initiatives from early exploration to final polished implementation in close collaboration with other disciplines across the company • Participate in strategic decisions and initiatives • Be a design and user-advocate in discussions • Be a core contributor in a high-performing team that continuously improves and evolves • Continuously learn and adapt by embracing feedback and seeking growth opportunities
