Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or related roles • Experience with UHNW or family office environments • Proven experience leading complex, multi-system platform initiatives in cross-functional environments • Demonstrated ability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution • Strong experience in product discovery, workflow design, and requirements definition • Track record of translating complex business needs into well-designed product solutions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments • Bachelor’s degree required • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment platforms • Experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and client reporting platforms • Background in operating model design, process transformation, or platform modernization • Awareness of industry trends and emerging practices in wealth management technology • What Success Looks Like • A clearly defined and aligned product roadmap supporting the growth of the Regis platform • Measurable improvements in client and advisor experience and adoption of both new and existing capabilities • A cohesive, scalable platform that reduces friction and improves operational efficiency • Strong cross-functional alignment and effective prioritization • Delivery of solutions that are well-designed, integrated, and aligned with long-term strategy • Work Schedule: • This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs. • All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period. • Working Conditions: • Working Conditions: • This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time.
