Requirements
• More than 10 years of experience in a consultative sales role supporting the Latin American financial sector. • Proven success selling Enterprise/SaaS solutions and managing complex enterprise sales cycles using validated sales methodologies. • Languages (a must-have): Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. • Demonstrated ability to quickly connect and cultivate relationships with decision-makers, including senior-level and C-suite executives. • Knowledge of Digital Asset services space (Cross-border Payments, Virtual Named Accounts, Stablecoin and OTC) is preferable. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong prospecting and deal-closing expertise with a history of exceeding targets. • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian and Latin American financial and payments landscapes.
Responsibilities
• Drive real-world adoption of blockchain technology by identifying and nurturing opportunities for its practical applications. • Build and develop a strong pipeline aimed at payment companies, fintechs, banks, crypto exchanges, emphasizing cross-border payments, custody, and stablecoins. • Take part in industry events to expand your network, establish connections, and uncover opportunities for Ripple’s solutions. • Actively seek and build new opportunities while collaborating with the regional SDR for additional lead-generation support. • Comprehend customer challenges and demands, customizing Ripple’s solutions to meet their particular needs. • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and marketing teams to improve Ripple’s offerings. • Build strong internal and external relationships to introduce a comprehensive suite of Ripple’s products and services to clients. • Develop effective deal strategies, drive opportunities to successful closure, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results. • Travel frequently across Latin America to engage with customers and prospects.
