Requirements

Responsibilities
• Attract top talent to join our team in San Francisco as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner with HR & Employee Experience expertise. • Develop and execute strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates across various industries within the tech sector, including but not limited to software engineering roles such as Senior Software Engineer (SWE), Principal Software Engineer (PSE), or Lead Software Engineer positions in San Francisco area companies. • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies, including leveraging passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities but may be interested if the right opportunity arises. • Conduct thorough research on potential candidates' skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit for open positions or anticipated future hiring needs within our organization in San Francisco. This includes reviewing resumes, LinkedIn profiles, portfolios, and other relevant professional information to identify top talent matches. • Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach efforts such as phone calls, emails, virtual meetings or coffee chats using platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc., while maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their talent needs better and align our sourcing strategies accordingly for maximum impact on hiring success rates within San Francisco area companies in tech sector roles such as SWE, PSE or Lead Software Engineer positions. • Monitor job boards, industry publications, social media platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, AngelList etc., and other relevant sources to identify potential candidates actively seeking employment opportunities within the San Francisco area in tech sector roles such as SWE, PSE or Lead Software Engineer positions. • Attend networking events, conferences, webinars, industry meetups, job fairs, company visits etc., and engage with passive candidates to build relationships that may lead to potential hiring opportunities in the future for San Francisco area tech sector roles such as SWE, PSE or Lead Software Engineer positions. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current market trends within the technology industry regarding salary expectations and benefits packages offered by companies based on geographic location (San Francisco) to ensure we are competitive in our recruitment efforts for San Francisco area tech sector roles such as SWE, PSE or Lead Software Engineer positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads across various departments within the organization to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect their talent needs while also ensuring they are competitive in terms of salary expectations and benefits packages offered by companies based on geographic location (
