• Mandatory strong Experience managing technical teams in hyper growth environments • Proficiency in Golang • Experience with Kotlin/Java is a plus. • 5+ years of backend development experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. • Experience designing and maintaining microservice architectures. • Strong understanding of SQL and Postgres. • Familiarity with OWASP security principles. • Experience using Git, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Autonomy, adaptability, and ownership of your deliverables. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Experience integrating Payment Service Providers. • Knowledge in Frontend languages.
