• Experience leading or mentoring a team • Strong organizational and project management skills • Clear and effective communicator • Comfortable working cross-functionally, including with technical teams • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with external partners or vendors • Marketplace, onboarding, or travel industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team focused on onboarding new suppliers • Own the onboarding process from initial engagement through activation • Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers during onboarding • Partner with technical teams to support integrations and resolve issues • Ensure all supplier content meets quality standards and is optimized for conversion • Improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and playbooks • Track and drive performance against onboarding KPIs (time to launch, activation, quality) • Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes • Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to share insights and improve the platform • Analyze supplier and onboarding data to drive better outcomes • Support early-stage supplier success through guidance and best practices • Leverage AI to optimize and automate repetitive tasks and processes
