Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success in adtech/martech or measurement/analytics. • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (MMPs, DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, etc.) • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partner or customer relationships • Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Strategic thinker with proven ability to drive results through execution and revenue impact • Experience with attribution, MTA, or marketing analytics platforms • Familiarity with privacy frameworks (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox) • Background working with platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, or leading ad networks
Responsibilities
• PARTNER SUCCESS & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT • Own day-to-day relationships with top tech partners (e.g, Meta, Google, TikTok), ad networks and agencies. • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction, growth, and long-term success • Identify and define joint value propositions with key partners and synthesize across internal and external teams/ • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand engagement through both product or commercial strategy • PARTNER INSIGHTS → PRODUCT & R&D • Develop a deep understanding of partner product needs, pain points, and strategic priorities • Translate partner feedback into clear product requirements and insights • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to influence and shape the product roadmap to align with evolving industry trends and partner feedback. • Advocate internally for partner-driven enhancements and integrations • PLATFORM & ROADMAP ENABLEMENT • Educate partners on Singular’s platform capabilities, measurement methodologies, and roadmap developments • Deliver product updates, training sessions, and strategic guidance to partners • Ensure partners are well-positioned to leverage new features and innovations • Identify and define joint value propositions with key partners and product team to ensure that this is communicated with key stakeholders within partnership teams as well as internal stakeholders (BD, Sales/CS and Marketing) • Identify and define joint value propositions with key partners • Develop and execute co-marketing and go-to-market strategies to unlock new business and incremental revenue • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operationalize partnership initiatives • Enable internal teams with partner-specific messaging, positioning, and use cases
