Requirements
• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact, user-facing projects, ideally 4+ years • Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics • Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals • Proven ability to track performance and help team members improve output and impact • Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional environments (product, data, design) • Relevant engineering background building scalable SaaS products • Experience with growth, experimentation, or conversion optimization is a strong plus

This will consist of 5 separate calls covering: • People Management/Talent System • Technical Leadership • Program Management • Cross-Functional Strategy • The process does not need to take long - we can be done in 2-3 weeks. • OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: • Our preference is for this role to based either in-office or remote in the following locations: UK, Germany, Switzerland or Ireland. • We may also be able to support remote workers in other locations across Europe subject to compliance and right to work checks. • The salary starts at EUR/GBP/CHF 180,000 base + stock option plan. • This is full-time employment only - no contractors possible - usually through OysterHR. • Everyone at Synthesia gets 25 days of leave + local holidays (no extra paid or unpaid leave possible).
