We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table! • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies • Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and present effectively to internal and external stakeholders • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding and the ability to dive deep while also keeping perspective on the big picture goals • Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting inputs, and drive initiatives forward against ambiguous and complex challenges • Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Experience building products/services related to APIs, developer experience • Experience working in a regulated ecosystem • Location • This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA. • Travel • We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
• Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these requirements into user stories • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics • Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growth • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments.

Compensation for candidates in other locations will be discussed during the hiring process. Please note that hiring for this role is not restricted to the locations listed above. • Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $155,520 - $194,400.00 • Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $164,640.00 - $205,800.00 • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $183,960.00- $228,700.00 • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
