Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products • Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex product challenges into clear, elegant solutions • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products using Agile development methodologies • Experience building or launching AI-powered product capabilities, including those leveraging large language models • Understanding of how to use AI to create meaningful customer value in product experiences • Ability to utilize AI tools throughout the product development lifecycle to accelerate discovery, development, and iteration • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make thoughtful prioritization and roadmap decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product ideas and strategies to internal stakeholders and customers • Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams including product marketing and sales • Experience building products for learning platforms, education technology, or knowledge platforms • Experience building products used by enterprise learning and development teams • Strong customer empathy and the ability to balance customer needs with business goals • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and align teams around product direction • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail • Interest in leveraging AI technologies to transform how learning content is created, personalized, and delivered
