TaptapSend - Senior People Operations Manager
Requirements
• As a senior individual contributor, you’ll own initiatives end to end, combining AI-enabled thinking with practical execution across the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Taptap Send is growing, with hubs in London, Paris, New York, Dubai and Morocco. You'll shape how its people function scales internationally. • Open new countries for hiring: take a jurisdiction from entity and payroll set-up through contracts, benefits and local compliance, so the business can hire there cleanly. • Own employee relations: sensitive cases, performance processes and investigations, working closely with Legal. The calls that need the most care are yours. • Automate payroll, then keep going: build payroll into a streamlined, automated operation across markets, then do the same for onboarding, offboarding and contractor management. • Keep every market compliant: stay aligned with local labour law as the business operates and expands. • Land projects end to end: scope, drive and ship improvements to how the function runs, backed by people data you can trust.

This is an in-person role, with five days a week in the office.
