• Implementation Analysts will have a thorough understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software and its capabilities to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients • The role will be responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives • Expected to be responsible for client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations while facilitating interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments • Implementation Analyst will manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through the deployment cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests • Expected to adhere to project schedules and effectively ensure all project resources meet expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity and utilization • The role will proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before they become escalation items • Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • The role will support seasoned peers and management on difficult to complex aspects of the position. • Career-development professional within the subject area • Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area • Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
