Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and commitment to timely project delivery will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. • Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue • Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud • Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections • Reviewing incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments • Provide support for clients and internal teams • Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary • Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing • Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections • Manage all Third Party Sick pay • Payroll-related experience • Attention to detail • Ability to prioritize duties • Time-management • Positive attitude • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized • Strong problem solving mindset • What Will Make Us REALLY Love You • Strong payroll tax knowledge • Knowledge of payroll tax return filing requirements • Familiar with Third Party Access rules
