Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in partnerships, consulting alliances, or advisory-led GTM roles • Direct experience working with or within consulting firms (Big 4, regional, or boutique) • Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders (Partners, Managing Directors, Principals) • Strong independent judgment and ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments • Proven track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue • Clear, confident communicator across internal and external audiences • Experience working within enterprise sales environments and complex deal cycles • Experience engaging with venture capital firms or portfolio-driven GTM strategies • Background in fintech, banking, payments, fraud, AML, or risk/compliance technology • Experience supporting international or regional expansion efforts • Familiarity with regulated industries and enterprise buyers • What Success Looks Like • Clear ownership and structure across all consultant partnerships • Reduced leadership overhead required to manage consultant and VC interactions • Consultants confidently positioning Oscilar without constant internal involvement • High-quality, consultant-sourced opportunities with strong conversion rates • Consistent, relevant pipeline generated through VC relationships without becoming a distraction • Trusted internal owner for all consultant and VC-related strategy

Responsibilities

• Own senior, executive-level relationships across Oscilar’s top-priority partners and serve as the internal owner for all partner-related strategy. • Define and execute engagement models and joint business plans that drive productive partnerships and consistent partner-sourced pipeline. • Run QBRs and executive syncs to track performance, identify blockers, and uncover expansion opportunities. • Influence deal strategy in partner-led evaluations, RFPs, and transformation programs; support AEs on active deals with pricing guidance and stakeholder coaching. • Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners aligned with Oscilar’s ICP across reseller and advisory channels. • Track partner health metrics across the portfolio: certification rates, active deal counts, pipeline velocity, and partner-sourced ARR. • Leverage investor and VC relationships to support portfolio introductions and strategic visibility. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Deal Desk on deal motion, enablement assets, and commercial structures.
