Requirements
• 8–10+ Years of L&D Leadership: Proven track record in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, with explicit experience scaling manager programs inside technical, engineering, or industrial organizations. • Technical Org Fluency: Deep understanding of how engineering, technical operations, and manufacturing leads operate, what motivates them, and how to build credibility in highly technical cultures. • Data-Driven Approach: Expertise using workforce analytics and learning metrics to evaluate program ROI, identify performance risks, and justify strategic interventions. • Program Execution: Equal parts strategic architect and hands-on builder; comfortable designing frameworks from scratch in ambiguous, fast-growing environments. • Enthusiasm for Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to global offices, manufacturing sites, and data centers as needed (approx. 25% travel). • Organizational Development Background: Advanced grounding in adult learning theory or organizational effectiveness. • Modern L&D Tech Stack: Hands-on familiarity with tools such as WorkRamp, Lattice, Confluence, or modern LMS/knowledge platforms. • Infrastructure Tech Context: Genuine curiosity about AI systems, hardware manufacturing, and the physical data center infrastructure powering future technologies.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
