Requirements

• 3+ years in an implementation engineering, or customer-facing technical role - ideally in SaaS, healthtech, or enterprise software. • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes problems end-to-end without a playbook. • Sharp communicator - you can explain a complex integration failure to a CTO and a head nurse in the same breath. • Experience working embedded with enterprise customers or health systems is a strong plus. • Other Things To Know • This role can be based in-office in either New York or San Francisco. • You will work directly on North America's most important commercial problems. • You will have significant autonomy and ownership from day one. • The Way We Work • The Way We Work • Live Forever: We build for healthcare's next decade, not next quarter. Responsibilities

• Work directly with clinical and operational stakeholders to design and build custom workflows that fit how care is actually delivered. • Be the escalation point for complex agentic issues — diagnosing problems, coordinating with engineering, and closing the loop with the customer. • Lead demos, technical discussions, and solution architecture for clinical AI workflows • Define what success looks like for each deployed workflow, then build the evaluations that prove it • Visit the clinics and hospitals we work with, so you understand the teams we're building for firsthand • Own the margin trade-offs on when to build, customise or roll out existing knowledge flows • Run the safety audits and recommend constant eval refinements • Become an owner, with significant shares (equity) in the company.
