Requirements

• Skills needed: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer experience in Smart Working Solutions industry preferred; proficiency with AI tools for resume analysis. • Years of experience: Minimum of 5 years as a QA engineer, preferably within the last three years and specifically related to smart working solutions or similar fields. Experience applying automated testing methodologies is highly desirable. • Education: Bachelor'thood in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization in Quality Assurance preferred; Master’s degree a plus for candidates without extensive experience but strong potential, as we may provide on-the-job training and mentorship opportunities to fast track your career growth within our organization. • Certifications: Professional certification such as ISTQB or similar recognized quality assurance credentials are preferred; knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus for candidates with experience in Smart Working Solutions industry, especially those who have worked on projects using tools like Jira and Trello. • Must-haves: Strong analytical skills to identify potential issues or bugs within the system under test are required; excellent communication skills as you will be working remotely with a team of engineers across different time zones, so clear written/verbal communications is essential for effective collaboration and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conducting and leading test case development for software products to ensure quality standards are met. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and customer service representatives to identify defects early in the process. • Analyzing user feedback and bug reports to prioritize testing efforts effectively. • Implementing automated test scripts where appropriate to increase efficiency of regression tests. • Maintaining detailed records of all identified bugs for tracking purposes, including severity levels, reproduction steps, expected results, actual results, resolution statuses, assigned reporters and reviewers, etc. • Participating in code reviews with developers as part of the quality assurance process to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. • Providing regular reports on testing progress, bug trends, test coverage analysis, and recommendations for improvements based on data collected during QA activities.
