Requirements
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft — even if work is personal projects, university work, or freelance. • Proficiency in Figma for design and layout work. • Hands-on experience with motion tools such as Rive, Lottie, Principle, or After Effects. • Experience using Midjourney (or comparable AI image generation tools) to produce creative assets. • An interest in 3D design — whether through Blender, Spline, or similar. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across different teams. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • 0–1 year of professional experience; internship or freelance work is a plus, but not required. • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere). • Interest in fintech, crypto, or financial products. • Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design. • A dedicated workspace. • A reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in your area. • Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles.
Responsibilities
• Design marketing and brand assets including social media content, campaign visuals, ads, and promotional materials. • Create motion graphics and animations for digital channels — from social posts to product walkthroughs. • Produce visuals to support campaigns and content needs, using our library of images (AI and 3D experience is a bonus but not a must). • Collaborate with marketing and design stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver on them. • Maintain brand consistency across all outputs, working within and helping evolve our visual identity. • Iterate quickly based on feedback, balancing quality with turnaround speed. • Work with world-class designers to evolve our brand visual language.
