Responsibilities
• Oversee product development from conception to launch within a specific business line/department at Assured. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and aligns with company strategy. • Analyze data, trends, and feedback related to product performance in order to inform future development decisions. • Identify new business opportunities within or outside Assured's portfolio for potential expansion into additional markets or verticals. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the target market including customer needs, preferences, demographics, and purchasing behavior through research and analysis to inform product development decisions. • Participate in regular meetings with senior leadership team members at Assured to discuss company strategy, goals, and priorities related to products within their business line/department. • Develop a detailed project plan for each new or existing product that includes timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, budgeting, risk assessment, and contingencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Assured. • Monitor progress of projects against established plans to ensure on-time delivery within scope while maintaining high quality standards for products developed under their leadership. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding product development status, performance metrics, customer feedback, market trends, and potential opportunities or challenges that may impact the success of current projects at Assured. • Representation as a key decision maker in discussions with stakeholders including customers, partners, suppliers, investors, industry experts to advocate for product development priorities within their business line/department and align them with company strategy.
