Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field. Preferred. • Fluency in reading and writing English with strong attention to linguistic detail. • Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs, functions, data cleanup). • Working knowledge of query languages such as SQL. • Advanced experience writing and debugging rules using RegEx. • Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals. • Experience performing data analysis using tools like Excel and/or Python. • Comfort working with high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and focus. • Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently. • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and time management skills. • Reliable laptop and stable internet access required for BYOD policy (laptop).
Responsibilities
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for decision making within the company. • Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate findings from analyses to stakeholders across different departments. • Implement statistical models, machine learning algorithms, or other advanced analytical techniques as required by projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data analysis requirements. • Maintain a robust understanding of the company's products/services and market trends relevant to our industry sector for informed decision making. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all aspects of work by adhering strictly to best practices in data management and quality control procedures. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytical processes within our organization.
