Parloa - Sr. Brand Designer

• 8+ years of experience in graphic/brand design. • Inspired to build the most (only?) design-forward brand in SaaS • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft across brand, campaign, and digital, and has a deep understanding of how creative works in different marketing channels, i.e., events, social media, and displays • Proficiency in design systems (typography, color, layout, iconography, grids, graphic devices). • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC suite • Experience with storyboarding and motion is a plus • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation and curiosity to stay ahead of emerging capabilities. • Excellent communication skills: clear feedback, compelling presentations, and strong stakeholder alignment. • Fluent in English (native or bilingual proficiency). • Obsessed with breakthrough branding and creative expression • Our Recruiting Process: • Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser • Parloa is committed to upholding the highest data protection standards for our clients' and employees' data.
