Responsibilities
• Own and evolve core native app capabilities that shape how customers experience Zopa across all products. • Lead the development of platform-level features such as design systems, shared components, and experience patterns that enable consistency and reduce time to market. • Leverage OS-native capabilities across iOS and Android to deliver meaningful customer value and differentiated experiences. • Partner closely with design and engineering to build intuitive, scalable solutions that balance craft, speed, and impact. • Take a commercially minded approach to product decisions, ensuring the app effectively supports cross-sell, engagement, and sustainable customer lifetime value. • Experiment with new ways to manage and optimise the customer lifecycle, driving deeper relationships and more products per customer. • Use data rigorously, defining success metrics, running experiments, and turning insight into action. • Collaborate extensively with other Product Managers to ensure all changes contribute to one cohesive, end-to-end banking experience. • Act as a strong product leader within the native app space, raising the bar for product thinking, experience design, and customer focus.
