• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline • Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on marine construction projects • Between 60% and 70% of your professional experience gained within main contractor organizations • Proven marine project planning experience within the United Arab Emirates and/or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia • Technical Expertise • Experience developing and managing project schedules for major marine construction projects involving dredging, marine piling, breakwaters, quay walls, block walls, jetty construction, and other coastal infrastructure works • Strong knowledge of marine construction sequencing, project controls, critical path analysis, resource planning, and schedule management • Experience planning vessel operations, marine equipment deployment, and offshore construction activities • Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6 or higher) and/or MS Project • Strong analytical and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail and reporting accuracy • Effective communication and coordination skills • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams • ## What to Expect • This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) for future project opportunities and does not represent an immediate vacancy. • Candidates whose experience closely aligns with upcoming project requirements will be contacted as opportunities become available. • Successful candidates may be considered for major marine infrastructure, ports, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, dredging, and other coastal construction projects across the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
