Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in sales with 2+ years of people management experience in a B2B SaaS environment • Coaching mindset: you invest in developing people, give direct and actionable feedback, and know how to tailor your approach to where each rep is in their growth • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a B2B SaaS environment. • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving results. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing customer and internal team relationships. • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools; familiarity with Pocus, Drift, and similar tools is a plus. • Background in visual collaboration software or related technologies is preferred. • The base salary + variable pay for this role ranges from $260,000 - $350,000 + benefits. Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop AE team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance on sales strategies, customer engagement, and pipeline management. • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and implement sales strategies that align with Mural’s growth objectives, ensuring efficient prospecting, outreach, and consultative selling approaches. • Track and assess team performance through key metrics and KPIs. Regularly review individual and team progress against goals, providing coaching to optimize outcomes. • Work closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing to ensure coordinated customer interactions and optimize lead generation and conversion. • Develop and refine processes for AEs, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
