Responsibilities
• Lead and support a team of up to 8 Outbound SDRs, running weekly 1:1s, setting development goals, and reviewing performance. • Coach & mentor, focus on continuous skill development, identify training needs, and support new hires during onboarding. • Enable growth by designing and delivering engaging training (role-plays, pitch simulations, gamification) and sharing best practices across the team. • Become an expert in Perk’s products to confidently guide your team in delivering value to prospects. • Collaborate with SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to create playbooks, scripts, and materials that drive results. • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, ensuring data accuracy, and fostering efficiency across the SDR function. • Driving new prospecting techniques for outbound pipeline generation and supporting innovation in lead generation. • Foster cross-functional communication with Sales to align on goals, feedback, and strategies to maximize impact.
