OKX - Operations Analyst

• Process and respond to incoming legal and regulatory requests, including preparation of response letters and direct communication with governmental bodies. • Serve as an operational point of contact for escalated cases requiring cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely and accurate resolution across internal teams. • Extract and monitor operational data on a regular basis using Datawind, translating outputs into structured reports and actionable insights for local management. • Identify workflow bottlenecks and build lightweight AI-assisted internal tools to reduce manual workload, presenting proposals to the team and supporting adoption. • Support the rollout of new procedures at the local level and act as a bridge between the local entity and global operations teams. • What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail. • Hands-on experience with Datawind for operational data extraction and reporting. • Basic coding proficiency and interest in AI API integration and workflow automation. • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Turkish and English. • Familiarity with Turkish regulatory processes and a genuine interest in the crypto and fintech space. • A self-starter mindset: proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity.
