Requirements
• You started in paid acquisition — you know funnels, channels, and what it takes to drive real results. But you've grown beyond execution. You think in terms of strategy, you've managed people, and you're ready to own a function, not just a channel. • Hands-on experience with one or more acquisition channels (preferably PPC and SMM). • Strong management skills, including stakeholder, team, and project management. • Expertise in building funnels and conducting hypothesis testing. • Advanced command of various analytics tools (GA, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) is essential. • Thinks in terms of business outcomes — revenue, ROMI, and profit, not just channel metrics. • Fluent in English. • A proven track record of building marketing strategies from zero would be a significant advantage. • Experience launching marketing channels from scratch and scaling them into sustainable drivers of user acquisition. • If this role sounds like a fit — we’d love to hear from you!
