AHEAD - Software Delivery Manager
Requirements
• Experience as a Software Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and evolving requirements • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities • Experience leading release communications, including publishing release notes and coordinating release announcements • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI technologies and tools to improve workflows, collaboration, and delivery outcomes • $110,000 - $160,000 a year
Responsibilities
• Prioritize, plan, track, and report on delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate software releases end-to-end, including feature scheduling, testing and readiness checks • Lead release communications, including publishing release notes and coordinating release announcements • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and UX • Facilitate and conduct daily stand-ups and feature reviews, to ensure alignment across teams • Remove blockers and proactively manage risks and issues • Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
