Anaplan - Senior Accounts Payable Analyst - Part Time

• Supplier Invoice Processing: Match invoices to Purchase Orders and proactively liaise with suppliers to quickly resolve any queries as they arise. • Procurement Partnership: Help onboard new suppliers and partner with Procurement to ensure the PO process runs smoothly. • Core AP Duties: Perform AP reconciliations, post prepayments and accruals, and review new supplier set-ups. • Ad-hoc Banking & Tax: Carry out supplier settlement runs, intercompany payments, and payments to tax authorities. Perform bank reconciliations and liaise with our banking partners as required. • Cross-Functional Support: Assist the wider accounting team on various tasks such as system rollouts and testing, dealing with our Partners, processing invoices, and other duties as required.
