WPP - Senior Solution Architect - Sales & Marketing

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering large-scale, global CRM transformation programmes • Deep expertise in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules preferred) • Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices for enterprise applications • Hands-on experience with Azure services (e.g. Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory) to integrate and extend Dynamics 365 • Solid knowledge of data modelling, migration strategies, and data governance within a CRM environment • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured, and technically sound architectural designs • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, including senior leaders • Proven experience collaborating with system integrators, development teams, business analysts, and functional leads in a global, federated environment • A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on sustainability, long-term value, and technical excellence • Confident in making informed technical trade-offs and clearly articulating their business impact • You're open: We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
