Automox - Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role, with a proven track record of managing complex AR operations. • Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. • Exceptional communication with a customer-focused approach to collections. • High level of independence and self-motivation, with a demonstrated ability to excel in a remote work environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • Experience with business tools such as SalesForce, Zendesk, Tesorio, Gmail, and Stripe is a plus. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription billing is a preferred. • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment as a proactive self-starter, and is comfortable adopting AI and automation tools to increase efficiency. • The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits.
