Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in content operations, e-commerce, retail, or similar data-focused roles • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manage large data sets accurately and efficiently • Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-driven approach to content creation and optimisation • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Curate and optimise partner catalogues to ensure menus are complete, accurate, and conversion-ready. • Create, update, and manage product listings (SKUs) using internal tools across a wide range of grocery and retail partners. • Standardise item names, categories, and tags to enhance product discoverability and deliver a consistent customer experience. • Enrich product pages with high-quality images and compelling descriptions, leveraging AI tools and creative inputs. • Collaborate with account managers, content providers, and design teams to launch fully merchandised catalogues for key campaigns and promotions.
