Requirements

• Must Have: • Proven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations. • Strong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise. • Hands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring in HubSpot. • Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware). • Ability to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA processes for HubSpot implementations. • Strong documentation and handoff discipline when delivering projects. • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required as this role involves client interaction or consultation experience. • Client-facing delivery or consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory (NICE_TO_HAVE). • Nice To Have: • HubSpot certifications can be beneficial for the position, although they're listed as a "nice to have" and thus are not strictly required. • RevOps or GTM operations background is preferred but not mandatory (NICE_TO_HAVE). • Experience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions can be advantageous for understanding the client's business model (NICE_TO_HAVE). • Familiarity with automation/integration tools such as Make and Zapier is beneficial but not mandatory. • Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards would enhance operational visibility, although it’s listed under "nice to have."

Responsibilities

• Own platform architecture for HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) • Design data model including lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects • Configure workflows, automation, lead routing, scoring within the HubSpot instance • Implement integrations with client’s existing stack for seamless connectivity • Support data migration from legacy systems to HubSpot while ensuring cleanup and quality assurance (QA) • Build dashboards and reporting tools tailored for operational insights as well as executive overview • Document system architecture, implementation decisions thoroughly in a clear manner • Deliver the final handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment to client
