Requirements
• Fully licensed as a lawyer in a US state • Experience in dispute resolution and mediation • Experience negotiating a variety of types of contracts, including contracts relatedto EU regulations (e.g. DORA addenda, etc.) • Excellent drafting of a variety of privacy-related agreements and documents(DPAs, Transfer Impact Assessments, etc.) • Experience with a variety of marketing vendor contracts (trade show agreements,lead generation agreements)
Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and presenting for execution a wide variety of individual and outbound agreements, such as vendor agreements, customer order contracts, SaaS and alliance agreements, software development, SOWs, NDAs, and documentation and licenses for engineering teams. • Legal support of global HR operations, including compliance matters (e.g.,GDPR, EU AI Act, Cyber Resiliency Act, etc.). • Assist with any office related and customer compliance matters including ensuring compliance to employee policies, obligations, rights, including matters relating to internal HR regulations, auditing reimbursements, facilities,terminations etc. • Consult with internal clients to develop business and legal terms, provide training and leadership regarding laws and obligations as they pertain to assigned programs. • Provide advice regarding EU, state and federal regulations applicable to thebusiness. • Assist with the continuous improvement of templates of agreements for thecontracting process.
