Requirements
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION • Full-Cycle Ownership: Own, manage, drive, test, and support the complete integration lifecycle with clients and strategic partners (ERP/POS systems). • Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize knowledge of platform database intricacies and data flow to proactively identify and resolve complex data exchange obstacles and anomalies. • Scope & Timeline: Maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, track progress, and mitigate technical risks to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. • CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT • Primary Integration Contact: Serve as the client's single point of contact for all technical, scope, and timeline-related topics throughout the entire project lifecycle. • Partnership Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with third-party vendors and external technical teams for ongoing data exchange operations. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, high-quality documentation for projects, specifications, and internal processes. • Presales Consulting: Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the Sales and Customer Success teams, consulting with prospective and active clients on their integration requirements and defining feasible implementation strategies. • We would LOVE to hear from you: • Experience: 2+ years in Technical Project Management, Integrations Specialist, or Technical Consulting, preferably within B2B SaaS or retail technology. • Integrations: Proven experience managing data integrations between commercial platforms and back-end systems (e.g., major ERPs, PLM, POS). • Data: Experience working with complex data in a relational database and strong foundation in data structures. • Technology: Basic experience with integration technologies: API, Flat File, and FTP servers. • Soft Skills: Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

This position is also eligible for performance-based variable earnings.
